2.1 Health-Related Information (CPRA / My Health My Data)

However, you grant Health 4 Life, LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, worldwide, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content throughout the world in any media for any purpose, including marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes, without further payment or consent.

4. Data Retention & Security
We retain transaction records for 7 years for legal and tax purposes. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.
4.1 Data Security, Breach Notification & Incident Response (SB 446)
SECURITY MEASURES: We implement commercially reasonable safeguards to protect personal information. However, no method is 100% secure. We disclaim any absolute security guarantee.
DATA BREACH NOTIFICATION (SB 446 — Effective January 1, 2026): If a breach affects California resident personal information:
