Refund policy

Effective Date: February 3, 2026

1. Eligibility & Deadlines

We will issue a refund or replacement for unused products if we are notified within 30 days of the invoice date.

  • Strict Cutoff: Products returned after 30 days from the invoice date cannot be refunded or exchanged.

  • Verification: Please verify your invoice date before initiating a return to avoid disappointment.

  • Condition: Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

2. Refund Calculation & Fees

Refunds are issued only for the product cost. The following deductions apply:

  • Shipping: Actual shipping costs paid by the company to ship your original order.

  • Handling: A fee of $10.00 per bottle.

  • Over-Purchasing: Customers are responsible for managing the quantity of product ordered. In cases of over-purchasing, Passion 4 Health reserves the right to apply restocking and return shipping fees to any unopened, undamaged items returned.

  • Timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

3. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

  • Customer Expense: All returns must be shipped at the customer’s expense.

  • Delivery Security: Please ensure your shipping address is secure and monitored. We recommend coordinating with your mail carrier to designate a safe delivery location on your property.

  • Stolen Items: Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Passion 4 Health is not responsible for stolen or missing items.

CANCELLATIONS & LOGISTICS

Order Processing & Shipping.

  • Our logistics center is closed on weekends and public holidays; orders placed during those times are processed on the next business day.

Cancellation Requests

  • Orders may only be canceled at least 48 hours prior to processing and shipment.

  • Because orders can enter processing quickly, we strongly recommend submitting cancellation requests as soon as possible.

  • We are unable to process cancellation requests on Saturdays and Sundays. If your order is expected to be processed or shipped over the weekend, your cancellation request must be submitted no later than the Friday before, during business hours.

Processed Orders & Tracking Numbers

  • Once an order has been processed and/or a tracking number has been issued, we cannot cancel the order. At that point, the shipment is considered final and will be delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns After Shipment

  • All conditions, timelines, and any applicable fees for returns will be governed by the Return and Refund Policy.

How to Request a Cancellation

  • To request cancellation within the allowed window, contact us at info@passion4healthvitamins.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout then the cancellation grace period.

  • Messages left on our Customer Service phone number are not valid cancellation requests and will not be accepted. You can ONLY cancel via email; emails must be received 48 hours before the next shipment date during business hours, as we are closed over the weekend. We suggest that any cancellations on a weekend be submitted no later than Thursday.
