1. Order Processing

Timeframe: Orders typically take 2–3 business days to process.

Closures: Our logistics center is closed on weekends and public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods

Domestic: Calculated at checkout.

International: Customer is responsible for all Customs/Duties.

3. Shipping & Delivery Responsibility

Secure Location: Please ensure your shipping address is secure. We recommend designating a safe delivery location with your carrier.

Stolen/Missing Items: Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), Passion 4 Health is not responsible for stolen or missing items.

3.3.1 Customer Responsibility After Delivery

Once a package is marked as "delivered" by the carrier, all risk of loss, theft, weather damage, or misdelivery transfers to you. We strongly recommend you request signature confirmation for delivery and designate a secure delivery location with your carrier. Health 4 Life, LLC assumes no liability for packages stolen or lost after carrier delivery.

4. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a shipment is lost in transit (not marked delivered) or arrives damaged, contact us within 5 business days at info@passion4healthvitamins.com.
